2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages and cannot be canceled.

3. Return Eligibility

You may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address.
  3. Securely package the item in its original condition and return it as per the instructions provided.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about the status of your return.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not list specific categories as non-returnable in this policy. However, returned items must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If an item shows signs of use, damage not caused during shipping, or is returned without original packaging, it may not qualify for a refund.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
  • We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
